I hadn’t planned on sharing our Easter photos really. But after seeing them I felt that I must. It will give you some insight into our family. This first shot really speaks a lot to our family life.
Eat like a caveman!!
A dear friend of mine and her kiddos came over to hang out recently. They implemented the Paleo Diet with their family a while back and, when I knew they were staying for lunch, I thought I’d try my hand at some Paleo recipes!
When I lived in Chicago, one of my favorite things was the coming of Spring. Thousands of tulips were planted in the downtown area where we lived. You couldn’t turn a corner without running into a bed of freshly planted blooms. Finally… winter was OVER!!! Now living in Phoenix winter is over all too fast, but I still love that initial weather change from the “cold” to warm with a cool breeze. It’s short-lived here… but I still enjoy it… especially since I know it’s the final breath of fresh, cool air before the intense summer heat comes upon us. Then you’ll find me by the pool!
The more I use puff pastry dough the more I like it.
Around our house, a bunny is not called a bunny. It is not called a rabbit. It is not called a hare or the lesser known cony. Instead this furry, long-eared, bushy-tailed, burrowing animal is fondly known as a “Hoppy”.
I have been BURSTING at the seams to share this fabulous Easter Brunch with you!! It says “for Kids” and “Easter” in the title… but it really could work for any brunch throughout the year and would be great for kids and grown-ups alike!
If you are lacking inspiration for this year’s Easter or Spring brunch… LOOK NO FURTHER!
I have yet to meet a noodle that pesto didn’t get along with.
Come to think of it… I have yet to meet a noodle that I didn’t get along with.
