I’ve been meaning to share these Cinnamon Rolls for a long time now. I can’t wait any longer!!!
The more I use puff pastry dough the more I like it.
As I write this post my sink is full. There is flour spread haphazardly on my countertops. There are toys everywhere. There are at least two loads of laundry that need folding. Maybe three. But who’s counting? Weeds need pulling outside. Our carpets need vacuuming. The bathrooms need cleaning. And our realtor could text me at any moment to say someone wants to see our house in an hour.
But I’m ignoring all that because… well… I have been wanting to share this recipe and I cannot wait any longer!
I have a “stand-by” that I’ve used for a LONG time for every baby shower that I go to.
I’m not what you would call a ‘Tofu’ kind of gal. It’s the last thing I would pull off the shelf at the supermarket if I needed to come up with dinner ‘on the fly’.
I mean seriously… like the last thing.
One of my favorite things to do during days of ‘stay-at-home mommying’ is to escape the sound-making toys, lose sight of the television, and take the kiddos outside to paint. No way is this happening INSIDE my home.
My daughter’s pink shoes on the rug by our back door. Usually I urge that we keep our sand outdoors. I hate to sweep. And mop. Sand makes both those tasks that much more laborious. Looking at the shoes and the sand, I thanked God for the ability to play outdoors. To build sandcastles. To dig. To run.
