On Cinco de Mayo I posted a Vanilla Bean Banana Muffin recipe that is to die for. But the thing is… banana muffins are not what you would call ‘festive’ for this holiday. Therefore, even though I didn’t have time to get step-by-step photos ready, I thought I should at least post one recipe this week in honor of Cinco de Mayo. {I will try to get a step-by-step for this recipe up soon though!}

Mini Ham & Cheese Frittatas with Candied Bacon
Most mornings I am an oatmeal girl. It’s easy to make. It’s good for me. It’s yummy and satisfying. It’s part of my routine. And I like routine. I do well with routine. But… Morning after morning of oatmeal can get a bit repetitive.
Mini Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls with Blackberry Icing
Berry Bunny Yogurt Bites
Around our house, a bunny is not called a bunny. It is not called a rabbit. It is not called a hare or the lesser known cony. Instead this furry, long-eared, bushy-tailed, burrowing animal is fondly known as a “Hoppy”.
Carbonara with a Twist
As I write this post my sink is full. There is flour spread haphazardly on my countertops. There are toys everywhere. There are at least two loads of laundry that need folding. Maybe three. But who’s counting? Weeds need pulling outside. Our carpets need vacuuming. The bathrooms need cleaning. And our realtor could text me at any moment to say someone wants to see our house in an hour.
But I’m ignoring all that because… well… I have been wanting to share this recipe and I cannot wait any longer!
Spicy Orange-Soy Sauce with Tofu & Udon
I’m not what you would call a ‘Tofu’ kind of gal. It’s the last thing I would pull off the shelf at the supermarket if I needed to come up with dinner ‘on the fly’.
I mean seriously… like the last thing.
Smoothies and Smoochees
Because it’s Valentine’s Day… I felt the urge to say hello.
And to say I love ya.
And, while I’m at it, I decided to share this smoothie recipe with you.
Greek Chili
Chili recipes are out there by the thousands… probably by the millions!
You might as well be picking a star out of the sky.
Buffalo Chicken Nachos
Mini Italian Meatballs with Ricotta Dip
Whether or not you are a football fan… you are most likely a fan of at least one aspect of “The Big Game”….
Toffee-Nutella Fudge
This recipe was my experimenting with Alton Brown’s Peanut Butter Fudge recipe that I posted here during my Peanut Butter saga. A comment made by one of you lovely readers inspired me to try replacing the peanut butter with nutella. Genius.
